The DUTH Entity (INSPIRED Sub-project 12) provides the following services : (A) the analysis of biomolecular interactions using the SPR technology (Surface Plasmon Resonance), DSF (Differential Scanning Fluorimetry) and provisionally, an alternative fluorescence-based method (the fluorescence quenching method). All approaches are using non labeled molecules. (B) the production of heterologous recombinant proteins in eukaryotic insect cells. We use insect Sf9 cells and the the bac-to-bac methodology. We also provide vectors and expertise on cloning procedure.
